Melissa Bailey serves as our HR and Organizational Culture Advisor. She brings nearly a decade of experience in human resources, recruitment, and community engagement. As an advocate for professional development and personal growth, she advises our team on polices and procedures and employee relations issues.

With the development of our Youth Leadership Board program, she works closely with the team to bring a strong community presence.
